Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Ringitos jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@ringitos.com. Further return instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon approval of your request.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect every piece before shipping. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at ringitos.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the item and packaging in your email.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for your desired piece. Once we accept your return, you can proceed with a fresh purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
